Add 2-3 heaped teaspoons of Aromatherapy bath salts into running water of a hot bath, agitate to disperse, then jump in, to experience the full therapeutic benefits of heat, salt and essential oil aromatics.
Caution
For external use only.
Avoid direct contact with eyes.
If irritation occurs rinse skin with water and discontinue use immediately.
Do not eat.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a humid free, dry, cool place to prevent salts from clumping due to excess moisture (and preservation of the constituent essential oils).
Mineral salts are naturally hygroscopic (i.e they absorb moisture form the atmosphere), so as soon as you have taken out what you need for a bath, quickly re-seal the kraft pouch to prevent excess moisture entering and essential oils from escaping.
Use within 12 months of opening (and reseal tightly after each use, to preserve clumping and essential oils).
