Avena Sativa & Tart Cherry (Super blend) is a gentle, yet effective synergistic combination of calming, gentle, natural sleep inducing ingredients to supplement, just before bedtime.
Unwind the natural way and do all you can to prepare for better sleep i.e. try stopping TV and device use at least 1-2 hours before bedtime, avoid caffeinated drinks after midday (as caffeine takes approximately 7 hours to be excreted from the body), avoid alcohol plus avoid eating at least 3-4 hours before bed, to support healthy digestion.
Simply mix 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon into a little juice or water and drink about 40m before sleep.

Directions for use
