NB- Co Enzyme Q10 – is an effective antioxidant and known to regulate blood pressure too, so if you are taking any blood pressure medication, it can actually make it work more effectively, so it is a good opportunity to consult with your physician before taking, just so any medications can be adjusted down, or you can agree a safe plan forward.
NB- Statins – work exceedingly well at reducing blood cholesterol levels but can also leach natural Co Q10 from the body, which is why some people on statins can feel more tired than normal. Another opportunity to consult with your physician, to see if you would benefit from safely taking a Multivitamin, B Complex or CoQ10.
