Selenite mineral is a beautiful crystal that has a natural translucency, seen clearly with a lit tea light. This candle holder is a great example of it’s columnar crystal formation, that can appear water or glass like, depending on varying light levels.
Awesome to see light appear through the sides and even the base, especially if displayed on transparent surfaces or shelves!

Selenite mineral is a beautiful crystal that has a natural white translucency, seen clearly with a lit tea-light. This candle holder is a great example of it's columnar crystal formation, that can appear water or glass like, depending on varying light levels. he rounded outer surface is ribbed and rough in texture, which is characteristic of selenite and the feel of multiple columnar, clinical crystals.
Selenite candle holders are quite shiny and sometimes with denser white areas of crystal. Each candle is different due to them being carved from natural crystal rock. The top of each candle holder is smooth and the underside is cut flat and also smooth. T

Directions for use
Place a small tea-light into the top of your Selenite Candle Holder and locate on a stable, heat resistant surface.
If surface needs protecting from being scratched, ensure you place a mat or coaster beneath, before using.
Light your candle to enjoy the full effect, ensuring it is kept away from drafts.
Do not touch or move any candle whilst burning, or if the wax is hot.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not leave any candle unattended while burning.
Cleaning
Wear rubber gloves to protect skin from irritation.
Using a soft toothbrush, with warm water and a very mild soap, remove surface dirt or oils gently.
Wash occasionally and gently taking care not to rub the rough sides, which may not only damage the delicate selenite crystals.
NB- Never use metal wire brushes to clean (the metal is harder than the selenite and will scratch /damage it).
